Partner and owner of Cimino Construction Company from 1967 to 2004, Santo has over 40 years experience in all phases and types of construction and is a graduate of Brandeis University. His responsibilities at Stroudwater Construction cover virtually every phase of the preconstruction and construction process. He has served on the City of Portland’s Board of Standards and Review as a trustee of Wayneflete School, board of the Girls Scouts of Maine, and presently serves on the boards of Mercy Hospital and Portland Country Club.
