Commercial Construction:
Built on Principle

When it comes to commercial construction, everything we create is based on one simple principle; we build it like we are building it for ourselves – and with our own money. Everyone on our team, from owners David and Santo Cimino, our project managers, skilled contractors and carpenters to every sub-contractor we manage understands this ideal of uncompromised quality and the importance of satisfying our clients. This dedication to quality, professionalism and open communication is demonstrated by the success of Stroudwater Construction commercial projects and our client testimonials.

From LEED Certified new construction including high-performance commercial and institutional projects, and office buildings, to government buildings, recreational facilities, manufacturing plants and retail stores, Stroudwater Construction has the expertise and knowledge you can count on for your next project. Call us and experience this “simple principle” for yourself.

Stroudwater Construction has completed work on a variety of commercial, construction projects. Click the appropriate link to browse through a sampling of these projects.
