The Cumberland home additions included a new two-car garage with a basement and large room above. Renovations consisted of a kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, and dining room. The owners occupied the home during the entire project. |

ORT Cottage |

This garage was �reinvented� as a one-bedroom guesthouse. The flat roof was kept to conserve living space, and a corner of the ORT Cottage was replaced with an entry porch and trellis. Windows, French doors and a deck were added. Beaded-board wainscoting unifies the spaces. |

Freeport home |

The custom built Freeport home integrates modern minimalist design and details. The existing home was demoed and replaced with a larger home built within the confines of the existing gardens. Custom features include cut stone floors and a one-of-a-kind window/door/skylight system. |
